PHNX Sentinel Community - Vineyard Ranch

This will be our first PHNX Sentinel Community; a fire-safe, net-zero housing development that not only protects environmentally sensitive habitat, but also helps to keep neighboring stick-built homes safer.

Because PHNX Homes are wood-free, they literally will not add fuel to the fire. Many of today's most destructive wildfires burn the hottest, not because of vegetation, but because of densely packed wood frame structures igniting their neighbors. Even a few PHNX Homes built among their combustible neighbors can help stop the spread of ignition.

This community will have the added benefit of being a part of a vineyard co-operative on a 48-acre working vineyard!
