There's still a lot to do, but less than 10 months after breaking ground the Palos Family has arrived in their Forever Home!
We had to overcome plenty of challenges during the construction of our first PHNX Home - not the least of which being the once-in-a-century supply chain difficulties resulting from the global COVID pandemic. Yet in the face of all the first-time-for-everything's, we still completed this fully custom, site-built home in less than one year!
PHNX2 breaks ground in June 2022 - we anticipate beating this schedule by two months! Stay tuned for more updates!
