The Palos Family tragically lost their home in the Tick Fire in 2019. They engaged PHNX Development to rebuild their home in April 2020; 18 months later they were in their new home. The project was on budget—and PHNX even helped them get a higher claim payout!

The Palos Residence was honored in the 2023 ICF Builder Awards as one of the most innovative Small Residential projects in North America, with a recognition of 2nd Runner-up.
