Steven Crosby, grandson of Bing Crosby, lost his longtime home in the Palisades fire. Instead of simply rebuilding, he wanted his family land to do more. After hearing about our work, Steve reached out to PHNX to explore rebuilding in a different way.


The home will serve as the first PHNX Demonstration Home for 1-2 years, open to the public for tours and events. PHNX will also make it available for the community to use as a meeting space and venue for community events.
