On Saturday, May 16, PHNX Development invites Palisades community members and leaders, fire survivors, professional allies, investors, and press to spend the day on site at 17020 Livorno Drive — the future home of The Crosby House.
You'll see mockups and live presentations of the patent-pending PHNX Longspan™ Structural System: the noncombustible, Type I construction approach that makes PHNX homes insurable in high fire risk areas through our alliance with Mercury Insurance. You'll also get a first look at the PHNX Portfolio Homes™ Collection — four pre-designed homes that redefine California Modern, and bring pricing clarity to families rebuilding now.
