As the only company building Type IA noncombustible single-family homes to code, PHNX Homes are automatically prequalified for fire coverage by Mercury Insurance. Mercury has vetted the technology and is able to offer policies to PHNX homeowners at a fraction of what they would pay for traditional construction, especially in fire-prone areas that are blacklisted by insurance companies for wildfire coverage.
